Orders under $59 incur a delivery fee of $7.99 before sales taxes and after discounts and promotion codes. United Botanicals relinquishes all property rights to the buyer when the products go to the shipping company. The products’ delivery is subject to the shipping company’s rules and the regulations concerning signing a received receipt. If you are absent at the point of delivery, you will be responsible for tracking and recovering the products according to the procedures and rules of the shipping company. If an order item gets damaged during shipping, is incorrect, or missing, you must immediately contact United Botanicals.

RETURN POLICY

All United Botanicals products purchased on our website can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
United Botanicals does not take responsibility for shipping charges related to such returns.
Refund eligibility is met when a minimum of 90% of the product’s total net weight is returned.
This return policy is inapplicable to orders purchased from other websites or a store.
Please, reach out to a United Botanicals customer service representative at contact@unitedbotanicals.ca to apply for a refund. Please, do indicate the items and the associated order number you wish to return.
The customer service representative will provide the return address and an RMA number, which you will write clearly on the return shipping box exterior. After shipping has commenced, you will need to give the tracking number to the customer service representative.
A refund will be processed for the returned item(s) if it meets the return conditions above within 14 days of receiving the items.
